Return Policy

At Homegrown Food, we strive to make our customers happy. If you are dissatisfied with an item at the time of delivery or find your order to be incorrect, please notify the truck attendant and he/she will return it to the store and your account will be credited. If the truck attendant is no longer present, please call the store at 417-868-7004 and we will resolve the issue. You can choose to receive credit back to your card, or in store credit towards your next purchase. Note that certain items, including alcoholic beverages, cannot be returned once you have accepted delivery. When such a restriction exists, you will find it noted on the item description as you shop.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed. If for any reason you are unable to pick up our order at the delivery site, please call the store at 417-868-7004. If you forget to pick up an order it will be held at Homegrown Food for 24 hours, during which time you are welcome to pick it up. At the end of the 24 hour holding period, you will be given in-store credit for those items on your order which we are able to re-stock. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Please note that you will not be credited for highly perishable items which we cannot re-stock.

Of course, we want our customers to be highly satisfied. If for any reason you are not, please call us and give us the opportunity to better serve you.
